Privacy policy and terms of service

The KAMMEN app is a face-tracking application that reads images; the KAMMEN app does not collect any personal information.

KAMMEN tracks facial movements using the device's TrueDepth camera system. This allows for motion capture. To enable this feature, the app must have access to the device's camera; KAMMEN does not send motion capture data to third parties.

The camera image and resulting depth data will only be used for face tracking within the user device while the app is in use. That data is not stored on the iPhone; access to the camera is required to retrieve depth data from Apple's API.

1. Collection

The KAMMEN application does not pass face data to third-party software. When the user presses the Record or Save button, the video is saved to the iOS File app, but these data can only be viewed by the user using this app themselves.

2. USE

The KAMMEN app is used solely for face tracking purposes and not for the purpose of violating the user's privacy.

3. Disclosure

The app does not pass user information to third parties, nor does the creator of the app have access to the user's data or violate the user's privacy.

4. Sharing

This app does not pass user information to third parties.

5. Retention

Only when the [Save] button is pressed, the face-tracked video file will be saved in the Phi iOS Le app, otherwise the face data will not be saved in the app. 

No third parties

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or providing services to you, so long as they agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
